In Due Season: A Word of Faith

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” ~GALATIANS 6:9 In this life, there are going to be multiple or even enumerable times that you receive a Word form The Lord, or a nudging, to achieve a goal or go higher than you currently stand in your life, be that in character, faith, etcetera. Eagerly you attempt through agreement with this nudging to do and be what He has placed in your heart to do and be and more often than not you face MAJOR struggle and resistance from seemingly every side, and it may even appear that nothing is changing. This can be discouraging to say the least. But I want to remind you as I remind myself, that the tickle or the pebble that stays in your shoe and keeps you focused on that seemingly impossible word, that discomfort that makes you desire the change, even more, is the CHANGE itself happening. Strategic Power: Power in the Process pt 4

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the ax.” ~Abraham Lincoln In the book of Acts, we find the disciples waiting in Jerusalem, along with many others for the green light from Heaven to go out and spread the goodness about the Lord and Messiah, Jesus Christ. They’ve witnessed His miracles, they’ve heard His words, they watched Him die a gruesome death on a rugged cross only to see Him risen on the third day. They believe. Courage Through Peace: Faith for Creatives

And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. “Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.…” ~MATTHEW 18:2-4 Often times in our lives, no matter our age, no matter our victories or triumphs, we find ourselves in a place of uncertainty. Forces in the atmosphere have a way of coming at us out of nowhere, with the sole design to catch us off guard and to knock us off our axis. I thank Christ Jesus for His Word, that He instructs us to have child-like faith because as His child I have no need of shame when I come to Him for affirmation. A child, no matter their age, is always welcome into their Father’s arms. And it is in those instances when we lift our hands to Him and allow Him to draw us up into the safety of His …
