Success is in Your Hands: Faith for Creatives

And they overcame him [the evil one] by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…” ~Revelation 12:11 *Bracets added The scripture says we overcome by the word of our testimony. When it comes to being successful when it comes to victory, one of the greatest ways to secure this is to tell it, not only for the encouragement of others but to remind yourself when you begin to face other trials. Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. ~PSALM 37:4-5 Success and victory go hand and hand. Both are a mark of triumphing over an obstacle or challenge or in the case of this scripture the enemy of our very lives and souls, Satan. Here is my testimony that I share as a seed of faith for you. In 2015 I was laden with change; change in calling, change in career path, change in vision, change in relationships. Every …

He Holds It All Together: A Scripture & Song

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.  For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the Head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy.  For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him, and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His blood, shed on the cross. ~Colossians 1:15-20 It is my pleasure to speak of Yeshua Jesus, the God of Creation, the Beloved King and lover of my soul. When it seems my world is falling apart or even just shaking so much that my vision is blurred, I take rest in the …

The Message of Christ’s Ambassadors : The Cry of God’s Heart

So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin,[c] so that we could be made right with God through Christ. ~ II Corinthians 5:20-21 Ambassador. An ambassador is a person who is sent by a country, government, kingdom to represent the cause of said country, government or kingdom. This person is commissioned to stand for and speak, not his or her on thoughts or opinions, but those of the one who sent him. Those of us who have accepted the free gift of salvation, given only through the atoning sacrifice of Yeshua Jesus have taken up the mantel of Ambassadors for Christ. But what is it that Yeshua Jesus, the God of all Creation, has commissioned us as His ambassadors to say to the world? “Come back to God.” II Corinthians 5:14-21 outlines the transformation that we have from being wicked to righteous of no work of our …

Good Good Father: Musical Interlude

He is a Good GOOD FATHER! And we are loved by Him. His ways may not make sense as we face various struggles, pains, disappointments and trials, but Messiah Yeshua Jesus assured us in His Word that His thoughts for us ARE good and for us to be blessed. (Isaiah 55, focus on verses 8-13) (Jeremiah 29:11) This day was the first time I heard this song. To His glory, it came on the cuffs of a prayer I was praying as I face various struggles and pains of my own life. What has blessed my soul most in hearing this song is the fact that these are the very words He has been speaking to me since my growing pains began. It is easy, in the face of confusion, to think we are not loved. But God’s word is true and doesn’t change. He never leaves us nor forsakes us and He loves us completely. I am loved by Him, as you are loved by Him. I take comfort in that, like a child with …

Worse Than Being Blind: A Quote by Helen Keller

Worse than being blind is to see and have no vision” ~Helen Keller Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no VISION the people PERISH…” To be able to see is one thing, to have a vision is another. Vision is the driving force that calls us to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Vision is the crown that causes us to press even in the face of repeated failure because it’s given you a hope for the future. To be a person who has lived and not simply existed, you must have a vision, a goal. Although vision and sight are different, they are not mutually exclusive. To maintain your vision you must keep it ever before you (Habakkuk 2:2) Put it down in the simplest of words as a reminder of what you are aiming for. It is very easy to allow the challenges of life to stifle our vision. In faith, in Yeshua Jesus, we are called to ‘renew’ or minds, that we not be conformed to the world (Romans 12:2.) To …

The Secret of the Stars: A Quote And Message

No pessimist ever discovered the secret of the stars, or sailed to an uncharted land, or opened a new discovery for the human spirit.” ~Helen Keller The only ingredients that you need to fail in this life are Fear, Doubt, and Pessimism. All three of these are the poison that sap out our creative power and imagination. When Yeshua Jesus created the heavens and the earth, He did so by speaking. He spoke from His imagination. Proverbs 23:7 says as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Proverbs further goes on to warn us that we will live by the fruit of our lips and above all else, to guard our hearts for out of it flows the source of our lives. (PROVERBS 12:14, PROVERBS 18:21, PROVERBS 4:23) When our hearts are filled with pessimism and doubt, we speak with negativity and bring forth the fruits of failure. But when we speak with faith, when we allow ourselves to dream, imagine, and do by faith, we are giving life to victory. We are …

Always Welcome: A Word & Musical Interlude

Seeing then that we have a Great High Priest, that is passed into the Heavens, Jesus, The Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a High priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our weaknesses; but was in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore COME BOLDLY unto THE THRONE OF GRACE, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” ~Hebrews 4:14-16 NKJV I want to encourage you today. I don’t care what is going on in your life, how you may have failed, what sin you may find yourself entangled in, I want you to know that if you have given your heart to Yeshua Jesus that He is not taken by surprise when you stumble, nor is He shaking His head in condemnation towards you (Romans 8:1). What He is doing is waiting with His arms open wide, waiting for you, His beloved, redeemed child, to run into His open arms and allow Him …

When God Answers: A Quote, Encouragement, And Song

God is always faithful to answer. Sometimes His answer is a much desired “yes.” Sometimes His answer is a merciful “no.” Sometimes His answer is a faith-building “not yet.” And sometimes…sometimes, when an answer cannot be found, His answer is simply, “TRUST ME.” ~Stacy L. Sanchez Yeshua Jesus’ love is so incredible. Right as I was praying for an answer, whilst perusing my Pinterest page, this quote came upon my screen; an answer. Literally, right as the words for an answer were being prayed! His love, learning the depths of it, being filled with it, is such an incredible thing (Ephesians 3:14-21.) Being filled the delight for Him is an incredible thing (Psalm 37:4). Trusting His way and His plan is a gift through which we find His “answer” is and always is the perfect one for us. Will you trust Him? I am choosing to trust Him. ~ ❤

Hope And A Future: A Scripture

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace (Shalom-nothing missing, lacking or broken) and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 ~Jeremiah 29:11
