Healthy Holiday Hot Chocolate by Briana Lassiter

During the holiday months, sweets are eaten and drunk more often than any other time of the year, and the extra sugar can really do a number on an already struggling immune system.

This cocoa recipe is our current favorite because not only does it satisfy that craving for a steaming cup of something sweet, it also boosts the immune system with ginger cinnamon and cloves which are all-powerful antivirals, additionally it’ll boost energy levels with the reishi and the super vitamin moringa and help you stay feeling great all season long!

Hot cocoa

• heated almond milk
• 1 tbsp organic cocoa
• 2 tsp of honey
• 1 scoop collagen powder
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp reishi mushroom powder
• 1/8 tsp ginger
• dash of cloves
• 1/8 tsp moringa

Blend all and enjoy!
